"Plug & Play" construction
The new VARIO MOVE consists of a drive unit that can be flexibly equipped with different load handling attachments via a universal interface. EK AUTOMATION has various standardised modules available for this purpose, which fulfil the most frequently required transport tasks. The vehicles can be equipped with all major navigation technologies available on the market. The innovative Li-Ion energy system enables fully automated charging and ensures maximum availability.
EK AUTOMATION also simplifies general maintenance with the clever design of the VARIO MOVE. All components of the vehicle are easily accessible through the quickly removable panelling and expose the entire technology. Time-consuming unscrewing is no longer necessary. The lower part of the vehicle front, the particularly solidly constructed "bumper area" including safety technology such as personal security scanners, can also be replaced quickly and easily in the event of any damage. In addition, the standardised design of the vehicles for different tasks reduces the amount of training required for in-house technicians.
Faster availability, reduced costs, innovative design
As both the drive unit and the various load handling attachments are standardised and connected via a uniform interface, no extra adaptations are required for VARIO MOVE. This reduces the delivery time. Particularly durable components are used for the robust series industrial trucks, which, with appropriate maintenance and care, leads to a significantly longer service life of the vehicles compared to conventional standard industrial trucks.
