FAST MOVE - a new dimension in Transport Robotics

With FAST MOVE, the autonomous ultra-flat transport robot for Industry 4.0, EK Automation opens up a new dimension in Transport Robotics.


The specialist from Rosengarten/Germany is focused in automated material flow and storage solutions with innovative Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs). FAST MOVE is maximum mobile, individually scalable and transports a wide variety of loads.

Compact design and omnidirectional in movement

FAST MOVE is characterised by its compact format: The groundbreaking transport robot is only 130mm flat, 600mm narrow and 1,400mm short. Its dimensions can also be adapted in width and length to individual customer requirements. The ultra-flat vehicle demonstrates maximum flexibility: FAST MOVE does not require a shunting yard. Its innovative, stepless and low-maintenance drive concept makes any movement possible on the surface - from rotation on the spot to cornering and diagonal travel. LI-ION batteries guarantee a maintenance-free, interchargeable energy concept. Thanks to the all-round protection provided by two safety scanners, FAST MOVE can also be used reliably in environments with pedestrian traffic.

Powerful and individually scalable

Small, but extremely powerful: The ultra-flat vehicle moves loads of up to 2,000 kg and travels at speeds of up to 1.7m per second. The equipment, dimensions and performance data of the transport robot can be adapted modularly to any task, e.g. with lifting and centering devices, conveyor technology and soon also with robot arms. The most modern navigation systems available on the market are used to control FAST MOVE. Its integrated WLAN modem ensures continuous communication with the central control system. The high-quality, modern, aesthetic industrial design underlines the quality standards of the new high-tech transport robot.
